In January 2024, a charter was enacted establishing the organizational body known as The Secretariat of the Edwin Allen High School. This body may also be referred to as the Office of the Secretary or the Edwin Allen High School Past Students Association Limited.

The Secretariat was created to provide an organized, clear, and structured approach to supporting the school. Its role includes managing, reporting, and ensuring accountability for all forms of support. A key priority is to streamline processes related to the management of funding provided by alumni groups and individual supporters of the institution.
